Our work is custom printed to order therefore all sales are final. Unfortunately we are unable to use or recycle your print after we have completed it.

Misprints:
vesselprint.com is not responsible for errors or omissions missed by the client before or during the submission process.

Invoices and Cancelations:
vesselprint.com prepares your job to your specifications. Therefore, prior to it's commencement, your order is only cancelable with the vendor's prior written consent. After commencement of your order (the point which materials are assembled and work has begun) your order is non-cancelable.
