Shipping Standard shipping orders are sent out subsquent to the final production of your job. Although, shipping times vary by delivery location, UPS standard service (Ground) generally takes 3 - 5 business days for delivery. UPS 3 Day Service generally takes 3 - 4 days, UPS 2 Day Service generally takes 2 - 3 days, and Next Day Service is delivered the following business day.
All Next Day, 2 Day and 3-4 Day shipments are guaranteed to be delivered by 5PM of the scheduled delivery date. If you need to guarantee an AM delivery please contact us for a rate quote (please note that guaranteed AM deliveries are at least 50% more expensive than the rates listed).
Saturday deliveries are only available for Next Day shipments and are subject to an additional $75 charge.
All shipping costs are subject to the shipping method selected. Your shipping cost and turnaround will be calculated during checkout during which you will be able to quote out different options.
On the odd occasion, UPS mishandles your package or if your package appears to have been damaged in transit, make sure the delivery person notates the problem before signing for the package, or notify UPS immediately upon discovery of any damage by calling 1-800-742-8477. If and only this proceedure is followed, can we help you file a claim.
If your package gets lost in transit. We will help you file a claim with UPS. Though, once the tracking number indicates your package has been delivered, we cannot be held responsible, and it will be up to you to dispute delivery with the carrier.
